Local Community Commission (LCC) – Interest & Participation

This form is for residents of the North Shuswap who are seriously interested in moving toward more local decision-making through a Local Community Commission (LCC).

An LCC would allow the community to help set priorities, guide local spending, and work directly on issues such as community growth, economic development, and recreation planning. It is not incorporation, and it does not automatically increase taxes. Any work would focus on directing existing resources more intentionally.

This form is not a poll and not a place for general comments.

I am asking a straightforward question:
Are you willing to step up and be involved?

If there is sufficient interest from residents prepared to participate, this work will move forward. If there is not, it will not.
